1. Intercoms

With the help of a touchscreen, installed at the entrance to the house (at the gate to a township) guests can speak with:

- concierge
- custodial service apartment owners
- apartment owners

At his own discretion the apartment owner can have a touchscreen or a simple intercom installed as an answering block. 

2. Internal videophones

Videotelephone communication with a restaurant, store, maintenance, service (laundry, chambermaid, etc.) service with the help of touchscreens. Moreover, the videotelephone communication is one-way: tenants can see the staff, but staff can not see a tenant!
