Organization of centralized security system. Installation of a server in a room and several screens for control over guard alarm in apartments (cottages). Digital logging of all events.

Applicable both in multi-apartment living blocks and settlements.

Apartment or house:

- on the control panel there will be an apartment (cottage) layout  with the image of installed sensors; control panel will be helpful to turn on/off   the object’s guard
- windows’ status (open/closed) can be controlled from a control panel when entering an apartment (cottage) as well as by the security service (if necessary)
- signals from installed in apartments  (cottages) security sensors, fire sensors and emergency buttons will also be displayed to the security service and to the internal control panel
- tenants can receive alarm signal at their mobile phones , per Internet it will be possible to clarify the reason at the apartment’s layout. 
- built-in videophone will enable tenants to contact security service
- tenants with weak health can wear a medical medallion, one touch will warn the security service about the need in urgent medical care

Security post:

- intuitive touchscreens for security service
- receiving signals from guard and fire alarm, touching emergency buttons and trinkets in apartments (cottages)
- general system of control and access registration combined with tenants’ intercoms

Approaches, engineering and utility services rooms, public premises:

- access control on the basis of cards (active or passive), biometrical sensors of finger-prints or code panels
- video and audio control with output of signal to the security and probably to tenants
- fire alarm with automatic deblocking of entrances, smoke removal turning on, firefighting, ventilation blocking (additional agreement is required)
- sensors of door and window opening

Garage:

- videocommunication of tenants with parking service
- access control
- video control and car availability sensor with an output to owners of cars and to security service
