Organization of centralized system of dispatching and control of emergency condition of engineering systems in apartments (cottages). Installation of a server and display in dispatching room, digital logging of events .
apartment or house:
- SMART HOME (with a random range of functions)
- sensors will control water leakagein bathroom units, convectors and fancoils
- in case of water leakage detection water supply in emergency areas of an apartment will be automatically blocked
- coordinating manager will be able to receive information about disrepairs inside apartments (cottages) , and distantly block valves of water supply, heating and cold supply
- tenants will be able to receive an emergency signal of an accident at a mobile phone , per Internet it will be possible to clarify the reason at the apartment’s layout
- the system will carry out the calculation of water consumption
- built-in videophone > will enable tenants to contact a coordinating manager
- coordinating manager will receive information about good working of conditioning system inside apartments
- conditioning system will automatically turn off when windows are open
- feed of supply air into an apartment will be automatically changed depending on the presence of people of under instruction of a coordinating manager
- coordinating manager will receive information about availability of power supply and actuation of automatic protection controls inside apartments
- coordinating manager will be able to de-energize distantly an apartment in case of contingency
- the system will carry out calculation of energy consumption
- tenants will be able to read messages from a coordinating manager on control panels

Approaches, engineering and utility services room, public premises:
- network thermostat /thermometers for heating and cold supply management with automatic turning off when doors and windows are opened, opportunity of automatic or distant comfort/economical switching, with a function of giving out a full heating power and alarm signal when temperature has critically fallen down
- lighting management with the help of illumination and motion sensor and control of burnt out lamps
- control of lift equipment (needs additional agreement)
- control of engineering equipment with an output to a coordinating manager (needs additional agreement)
