What is a modern city? Eternal lack of time! And of course no time to fill up a music collection with new disks.

But you needn’t. Intellectual housing estate can take care of it. The solution is a central sound server (audio server).

Audio server is a bank of thousands audio recordings in MP3 format, structured in alphabetical, artist and genre order. Tenants can chose any recordings and make personal albums with the help of touchscreens or special on-wall consoles.

Digital formats based on IP networks are used for audio transmitting.

Simultaneously several independent audio streams may be directed for listening in different rooms. These networks may be also used for transmission of leading FM stations.

This service will enable tenants to listen to any music without making CD collections and encumbering rooms with audio systems. The only thing you need is small control panels and built-in acoustics!

If necessary a billing system is introduced for paying author's rights.
